Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads and IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across two school locations
Your Role:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Document student progress and maintain required paperwork according to school and professional standards
- Support students with a range of communication needs in diverse classroom settings
