- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure appropriate for the location
- Proven experience providing services within school settings, including IEP development and collaboration with educational teams
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across various ages and backgrounds
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and family members
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy speech-language interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and related documentation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing professional development sessions
- Provide consultation and resources to support school staff and parents in fostering student success
