Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a school setting, either practicum or professional, is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students’ individual speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy and intervention services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic achievement and social communication
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing data-driven recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress notes
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
