Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Inwood, West Virginia

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Experience with school-aged children or pediatric populations is a plus
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development
- Consult with educators and provide strategies for classroom communication support
- Maintain timely and accurate compliance documentation in line with district and state guidelines
