Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged children
- Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEP processes, and compliance
- Experience with teletherapy platforms or an eagerness to learn remote service delivery methods
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as indicated on IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized goals and intervention plans based on student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Offer support for teletherapy services when needed to expand therapy access
- Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
