Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Independence, OR

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students across two school sites, serving a varied caseload from elementary through high school.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—educators, paraprofessionals, and families—to support students’ individual education plans (IEPs).
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates.
- Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy, ensuring equitable access and effective engagement.
- Stay abreast of best practices in school-based and pediatric speech therapy.
- Engage in school-specific onboarding and training, including meeting fingerprinting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome.
- Experience in K-12 school settings, teletherapy, and pediatric populations.
