Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sheridan, OR

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across various grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Document progress and outcomes in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide resources, guidance, and support to classroom teachers and parents
