Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP license with CCC required
- Experience delivering speech-language services in school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Skilled at working with diverse elementary student populations
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and interventions for elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support holistic educational plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services in compliance with all state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive and inclusive learning environments
- Educate staff and families on speech-language development and strategies for student success
