The position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 2026, ensuring a stable, longer-term commitment with a flexible, low-hour schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively engage in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations.
- Deliver clinical guidance and ongoing supervision to SLPAs, fostering professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and support successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with diverse school staff and multidisciplinary teams to further student outcomes.
- Mentor and coach SLPAs to sustain high-quality student services.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active SLP license; ASHA CCCs or meet equivalent state requirements.
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Exhibit strong skills in collaboration, mentoring, and effective communication.
