Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Hugo, CO

Preferred skills and experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desirable
- Experience or strong interest working in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience in healthcare or educational settings a plus
- Comfortable delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms as well as in traditional school environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, other related service providers, and families to maximize student success
- Deliver direct and consultative services in both group and individual settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based care planning
- Maintain required records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Adapt therapy methods for in-person and virtual delivery as needed
