Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Agate, Colorado

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA (school or healthcare focus)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services
- Background in school-based speech-language therapy preferred, but not required
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide guidance for classroom strategies to improve communication skills
