Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Texas state SLP license (CCC only; no CF or SLPA)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is essential
  • Strong preference for candidates with early childhood/elementary experience
  • Experience supporting students in self-contained and early childhood settings is advantageous
  • No educator credential required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite for school-aged children
  • Manage a full-time schedule (35 hours/week, 4–5 days per week) through the school year
  • Collaborate with elementary school educators and support staff
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school protocols
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment across elementary campuses
