Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to supervise and support an SLPA
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable adapting to varied school schedules and locations
- Commitment to workload model philosophies
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
- Complete evaluations, maintain documentation, and update student progress records
- Supervise an SLPA as needed, providing mentorship and oversight
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and administration
- Utilize district support and resources while based in the central office
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- One remote workday per week for flexibility and work-life balance
