School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Houston, Texas

This full-time, onsite position begins for the 2026-2027 academic year and is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and certified SLPs (CCC). Bring your clinical expertise to a dedicated school team eager to welcome a speech-language pathologist invested in student growth and communication success. Preference is given to those with experience in public school systems, while a solid history working with pediatric groups is required. While the ideal schedule is full-time, candidates available for 2, 3, or 4 full days each week will also be considered. Please note, partial-day schedules and positions limited solely to assessment or supervision are not available.
The role includes:
- Delivering comprehensive speech-language therapy to elementary and/or secondary students
- Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and tracking student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Maintaining timely documentation and participating in IEP meetings
- Supporting generalization of communication skills across classroom and social settings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric experience required; public school background highly preferred
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
