Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid SLP MA license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric, K-12 populations in school settings
- Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy platforms for service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across a diverse caseload
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy in both school and virtual environments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s communication goals
- Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to IEP processes and meetings
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to maximize success
