Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license (SLP MA)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy, both virtually and on site
- Document student progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
This contract offers a competitive hourly wage between $50–$55 per hour, paid weekly.
