Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs

- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines

- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and supports
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
