Key Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience or strong understanding of IEP processes
- Ability to serve diverse needs across PreK-8th grade populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with assessment and treatment for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students identified with communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school team members to support educational goals
- Complete comprehensive documentation, including IEPs and progress reports, within required timelines
- Offer guidance, resources, and support for general education staff in classroom strategies
