What You'll Do:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student progress
- Maintain comprehensive records of student performance and treatment progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer support and consultation to staff regarding communication disorders and classroom strategies
