Speech Language Pathologist in Hephzibah, GA

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise onsite—and help foster communication growth and confidence among students in a collaborative school environment. While onsite candidates are preferred, virtual opportunities may be considered if an onsite SLPA is in place.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Special Education Licensure/Certification (must provide verification at time of application)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) highly desirable
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong abilities in communication, organization, and documentation
- Availability for full-time hours Monday through Friday (37.5 hours weekly)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to meet student needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and goals
- Create and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all necessary compliance documentation
- Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate results appropriately
