Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Georgia SPED Licensure/Certification (must provide verification at submission)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings is advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluations, IEP participation, and clinical documentation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to full-time hours for the duration of the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct thorough assessments and contribute actively to IEP development and meetings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with faculty, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district and state documentation requirements
- Serve onsite in the school setting (onsite candidates highly preferred; remote considered if onsite SLPA is secured)
