Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license; open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLP-CCCs
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech services
- Teletherapy proficiency welcomed
- Ability to collaborate successfully with other SLPs, SLPAs, and school staff
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and support tailored to students’ individual needs across elementary, middle, or high school levels
- Develop and implement IEP goals and progress monitoring in compliance with state and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to ensure student success
- Utilize data-driven practices and innovative approaches to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all services provided
