Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy and/or previous work in school-based settings
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to serving a diverse student population across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school environments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward student goals
- Work collaboratively with other SLPs, SLPAs, educators, and families
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by school and district guidelines
- Focus on providing high-quality services—billing Medicaid is not required
