School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Henrico, Virginia

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and effectively track student progress
- Passion for teamwork and open collaboration with multidisciplinary staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy, both individually and in group sessions
- Monitor and document students’ progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, consult with staff and parents, and provide guidance on communication strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom experience to maximize student success
