- Comfortable working with a caseload of approximately 60 students, potentially across multiple sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students from various backgrounds and ability levels
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Coordinate with the Evaluation Coordinator and adapt services as needed across assigned locations
