Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience or interest in pediatric populations within school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy, interventions, and consultation in one-on-one and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student eligibility evaluations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
