- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Previous experience with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to best support student progress
- Document student performance, maintain accurate records, and submit required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, staffing sessions, and professional development as needed
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and foster positive school experiences
