Work with an enthusiastic K-12 student population as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the academic school year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active SLP license and eligibility to practice in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Comfort with both pediatric and school-based speech services
- Experience or knowledge of teletherapy platforms (for virtual applicants)
- Ability to provide services from elementary through high school grades
- SLPA backgrounds in school or healthcare settings are also welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school district policies and regulations
- Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and caregivers
- Utilize teletherapy technology if providing remote services
- Foster a supportive, student-focused atmosphere
