Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Eligible state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable with both onsite and teletherapy service delivery (for virtual roles)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- SLPA applicants with relevant education and experience are welcome
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Support multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
