What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with early childhood/Pre-K age groups
- Skilled in supporting students who use AAC devices
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Comfortable working on-site and interacting in person with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students, focusing on Pre-K and early childhood caseloads
- Collaborate with a fellow SLP to ensure comprehensive coverage, with caseloads for both 2-day-per-week and 3-day-per-week schedules sharing responsibilities for students, including those using AAC devices
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Maintain thorough records and provide regular updates to parents and educational teams
- Integrate into a supportive school staff and actively participate in IEP meetings
