Speech Language Pathologist in Hastings, FL

Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy in both individual and small-group settings
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team consultations
- Educate and support teachers and family members on effective communication strategies
