Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Harvest, AL

Your day-to-day will involve evaluating students, developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), and providing both direct intervention and consultative support. Qualifications:
- Valid TX Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
- Experience or interest in pediatric speech therapy, ideally within school settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, families, and support teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for assigned students
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions onsite
- Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
