Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure is required to be considered
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite; remote options are not available
- Capable of supporting students across K-12 settings, adapting approaches by age and grade
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in accordance with each student’s goals
- Document progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
