- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs and individualized therapy plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across K-12th grades
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student communication goals
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and data consistent with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to foster each learner’s growth
