Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Harker Heights, TX

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Texas
- Certification as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Previous experience working in a school environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Passion for supporting students at every stage, from kindergarten through high school
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students in K-12th grade
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans according to students’ unique needs
- Providing direct speech-language services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with educational teams to support student progress and success
- Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and service delivery
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise for multidisciplinary decision-making
This role offers a flexible weekly schedule of 35-37.5 hours, Monday through Friday, aligning with school hours and holidays.
