Qualifications:
- Active Texas state licensure (or ability to secure before your start date)
- SLP-CCC or CFY credentials welcomed
- Background in school-based settings or strong interest in educational therapy
- Experience or comfort working with pediatric populations
- Effective communicator and collaborator with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and ongoing assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress effectively
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations and policies
