Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current, active Texas SLP license (or eligible to obtain by your start date)
- CCC-SLP credentials highly preferred; consideration also given to CFY candidates
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to on-site work with students and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to design effective treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student communication goals
- Adapt interventions based on student progress and specific caseload needs
