Qualifications:
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
- Ability to supervise SLPA professionals
- Eligibility for Maryland licensure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, onsite weekly supervision of an SLPA for 2 hours per week
- Ensure all clinical and documentation standards are met
- Mentor and support the professional development of the SLPA
- Communicate effectively with school personnel and parents as needed
