Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Groton, NY

Work onsite just outside of Ithaca, NY, offering specialized therapy to a diverse caseload of students with mild to severe disabilities, including those with Autism, emotional disturbances, cognitive delays, and Down Syndrome. Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid New York State SLP License
- Active TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Comfortable with a range of service delivery, including traditional, teletherapy, and consultative models
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver intervention services for K-12 students
- Support students with a broad range of communication needs from mild articulation issues to complex disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and help guide educational adjustments for student success
- Utilize technology and evidence-based practices for both onsite and teletherapy service models
