Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cortland, NY

Qualifications:
- Valid NY Speech Language Pathologist License and active TSSLD Certification required
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY highly valued
- Solid experience in schools, pediatrics, and teletherapy strongly preferred
- Familiarity working with a range of disabilities, including autism and cognitive delays
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Passion for fostering growth in students across elementary to high school grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for K–12 students, adapting techniques for various ability levels
- Consult with teachers and parents to support carryover and student progress
- Document services and progress aligned with IEP goals
- Employ evidence-based practices and participate in IEP meetings as needed
