What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CT teaching certification
- Active SLP-CCC OR eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience in elementary schools preferred, but passionate new graduates and seasoned professionals encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for student development
- Open to local and traveling SLPs ready to make a difference
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized speech-language therapy
- Provide direct and consultative services for students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in professional development and ongoing learning throughout the school year
