Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of equivalent SLPA program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEPs
- Experience or interest in pediatric populations
- Comfort working both onsite and virtually (teletherapy/Voco considered in the future)
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to documentation compliance
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
- Engage and communicate with families, teachers, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
