- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)

- Previous experience working with K-12 students or pediatric populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, addressing speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and thorough student records, documenting progress and evaluations
- Educate and support school staff and families about best practices for communication disorders
