What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 90 students efficiently
- Strong understanding of IEP paperwork, progress monitoring, and service delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mentality
Your Day-to-Day:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K–5
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs, in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ educational and communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
- Travel between two elementary sites as part of your weekly schedule
