School Speech Language Pathologist - Plainfield, IN

Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit and eagerness to participate in multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student progress
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based group and individual instruction
- Maintain detailed documentation and develop IEP goals in partnership with staff and families
- Attend meetings with school teams, parents, and administrators to provide progress updates and recommendations
- Serve as a resource to classroom teachers, supporting inclusive education
- Foster an encouraging and nurturing environment for student success
This full-time contract begins on July 27th, 2026 and concludes May 27th, 2027, with a consistent 40-hour work week. You’ll be working in dynamic elementary school settings, building meaningful relationships while furthering your professional growth.
