Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or current CFY status
- Licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Connecticut
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in educational or healthcare settings
- Teletherapy and in-person therapy expertise preferred
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy for a caseload of 13 preschool students (ages 3-4)
- Provide targeted intervention 3 days/week; complete new student evaluations 2 days/week
- Utilize a dedicated, well-equipped therapy space onsite
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
