Exciting opportunity for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school setting! This contract role offers the chance to support students in a unique classroom-based program near Greenwich, CT, with two open positions available for SLPs holding their CCC or candidates in their CFY. You will collaborate directly with students and staff in the classroom—no traditional pull-out sessions—enabling you to integrate speech and language services seamlessly into the academic environment.

Start as soon as possible and work through June 11, 2027. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive CF supervision is provided by the district. SLPAs are not part of this program.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold or be eligible for a Speech-Language Pathology license in the state
  • CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellows welcome)
  • Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
  • Skilled at collaborating within an interdisciplinary educational setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to using evidence-based practices in the classroom
  • Enthusiasm for direct participation in classroom activities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services directly within classroom environments
  • Work closely with teachers and other school staff to support student success
  • Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, gather documentation, and track student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family conferences
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
