Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one prior to start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but all levels of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders primarily in preschool-aged students, with some elementary caseload as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals for student progress
- Effectively manage a full caseload and maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with staff and families
- Adapt interventions based on student needs and contribute to student success across various learning environments
