Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidacy (CFY) welcomed
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a full caseload of preschoolers, adapting support as students transition into elementary settings
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy following IEP directives
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ language development
- Maintain thorough documentation including progress notes, IEP updates, and compliance reports
- Participate in team meetings while providing input to optimize student outcomes
- Flexibly float between preschool and elementary buildings as student needs and schedules dictate
Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Preschool hours: 8:00am–2:00pm (therapy delivered primarily in mornings)
