In this position, you’ll manage a full caseload, delivering high-quality speech and language services during school hours. Your mornings will be focused on the preschool—8:00am to 2:00pm—prioritizing therapy sessions before naptime. Afternoons may involve visiting elementary students, ensuring a diverse and rewarding workload.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or eligibility as an SLP, including CCC or CFY status.
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly encouraged.
- Strong skills in assessment, goal setting, and delivering direct therapy.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
- Clear communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload, providing direct speech and language interventions.
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required.
- Consult with faculty and families to support student goals and success.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in line with school policies.
