Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress in compliance with applicable guidelines
- Provide counseling and support to families and staff regarding communication development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in SLP best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary school populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting
- Current billing experience is a plus
